lwf: ASCII to PS converter.

lwf allows users to convert ASCII files to PostScript files. Once the file has been converted, it can be sent to a PostScript laser printer. lwf should be used as:

lwf options input-file > output-file
where input-file is the name of an ASCII file, and output-file is the name of the new PostScript file.
