Thunderbird Media Promotional Material

We've received some mail asking what media promotional material Ford distributed during the Thunderbirds introduction.

Each member of the media was given a bag with the Thunderbird script embossed in silver. Within the bag was a Thunderbird press kit folder (below). The kit contained 6 photo slides, press release information and a CD-ROM. The CD-ROM contained more concept photos, historical photos and a screen saver.

Also included within each bag was a die cast model (5 photos to left). The box is marked "NORTH AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL AUTO SHOW CONCEPT CAR 03 JANUARY 1999"

Also given away by Ford Public Affiars was a Thunderbird computer mouse mat.
